Established in 2008 Marmalade Films is an award-winning independent production company with an international outlook.

We focus on high-quality, creative, character-driven story telling for Irish and international audiences and pride ourselves on telling stories from the inside looking out. Driven by the company principals, Producer, Daniel Hegarty and Director, Tanya Doyle, since its inception Marmalade Films has grown to become a Grierson shortlisted, IFTA and Prix Europa nominated and prestigious Radharc Award winning production company with more than 15 years of high quality production experience. We have produced award-winning documentaries, documentary series, shorts and features working with broadcasters and funder in Ireland and internationally. Our award-winning documentaries have been sold and broadcast internationally and have screened at major film festivals world-wide including Tribeca, DIFF and AFI Docs. Most recently we’re bringing our award-winning experience to fiction production, developing scripted drama projects as well as children’s content.
