TV3 Seeks Submissions For Factual Documentary Series And Factual Entertainment Formats

TV3 Group are seeking submissions for new factual documentary series and factual entertainment formats for the 2018 / 2019 schedules across our three brands, TV3, 3e and be3.

This is part of the upcoming round of the BAI Sound and Vision Funding Scheme.

TV3 Group represents informative and entertaining programming with broad appeal, so ideas must reflect life in contemporary Ireland, showing issues and dramas that affect our lives, and investigate the milestones of modern living.

Returnable ‘brand-defining’ formats and series are of interest, focusing on original, noisy and topical ideas, fronted by new or existing talent, in hour-long slots.

Unique access opportunities will also be considered.

For those submitting documentary series or formats, a track record of great casting and confident storytelling is essential.

Producers or production companies that have recently submitted ideas to the portal are invited to review the call out document and new guidelines, and revise their ideas based on this.

Both BAI and direct TV3 submissions must meet the criteria as set out in the TV3 Commissioning Guidelines.

The Closing Date for submissions via theSubmission Portalis Friday 23rd March 2018.
