RTÉ Makes call for RTÉ One Sunday Night Slot - Deadline Friday 27th February 2015
Sunday night is a big night for RTÉ One Entertainment and this slot is very much shared family viewing time. Programmes which have worked very well here include "Celebrity Bainisteoir" and "Ireland’s Fittest Family" and we want to see more of this family friendly face of RTÉ One. There is an opportunity here to try something different when large numbers of people are watching and we want to offer them compelling and engaging programming. Proposals ranging from formatted studio programmes, location factual entertainment or an entirely different format with personality / presenter driven content will be given consideration but the tone and sensibility of each idea should be warm and lively with broad family appeal. Suggestions for presenter or presenters should be included in submissions.
