Revenue have announced that Minister Michael Noonan has commenced the amendments to S.481 TCA from the 2013, 2013 (No.2) and 2014 Finance Acts as of Friday last and Commissioner Cody signed the Film Regulations (2015) into law on Monday.
The new scheme is now open for business. Revenue will issue the finalised version of the guidelines shortly. SPI will be updating the website with any new information please click here to see the section 481 webpage.
