Tá an Comhchoiste Oireachtais um Iompar agus Cumarsáid ag iarraidh Léirithe Spéise ó dhaoine a bhfuil na cáilíochtaí cuí acu agus ar mian leo go mbreithneofaí iad lena gceapadh chuig Bord Theilifís na Gaeilge (TG4).
Déantar socrú san Acht Craolacháin, 2009 maidir le Bord 12 Chomhalta. Tá folúntas amháin ar an mBord faoi láthair agus, de réir Alt 81(2)(c), féadfaidh an Comhchoiste daoine a ainmniú lena gceapadh. Tiocfaidh post amháin eile chun bheith folamh san fhómhar.
Saineolas Comhaltaí Boird
Maidir leis an duine a cheapfar láithreach chun an folúntas reatha a líonadh, agus maidir leis na daoine a chuirfear ar an bpainéal, ba chóir go mbeadh taithí nó saineolas aitheanta acu ar cheann amháin nó níos mó de na réimsí a liostaítear thíos nó go mbeadh teist orthu mar gheall ar a bhfuil déanta acu sna réimsí sin:
- gnóthaí na meán
- craolachán seirbhíse poiblí
- táirgeadh lánais craolacháin
- teicneolaíochtaí na meán digiteach
- gnóthaí ceardchumainn
- gnóthaí gnó nó tráchtála
- nithe a bhaineann le forbairt na Gaeilge
- nithe a bhaineann le míchumas
- ealaíona, ceol, spórt nó cultúr
- eolaíocht, teicneolaíocht nó nithe comhshaoil
- gnóthaí dlí nó rialála
- gnóthaí sóisialta, gnóthaí oideachais, gnóthaí pobail nó gnóthaí Gaeltachta.
Is ceanglas é chun bheith mar chomhalta den Bhord go mbeidh inniúlacht i gcumarsáid na Gaeilge ag na hiarrthóirí.
Conas iarratas a dhéanamh
Ba chóir d’iarrthóirí a bhfuil spéis acu sa chomhaltas seo Léiriú Spéise a chlárú trí ríomhphost a sheoladh chuig jctc@oireachtas.ie, agus ‘Folúntas ar Bhord TG4’ mar ábhar air, agus ba chóir ráiteas oiriúnachta a cheangal leis an ríomhphost á shonrú cé acu de na critéir cheapacháin a chomhlíonann siad mar aon le CV gairid nach faide ná dhá leathanach.
Déanfar an painéal críochnaitheach d’iarrthóirí a n éiríonn leo a chinneadh bunaithe ar na hiarratais a chuirfear isteach agus tar éis breithniú ó phainéal roghnúcháin ar a mbeidh líon beag de chomhaltaí an Chomhchoiste.
Cuirfidh an Comhchoiste in iúl ansin don Aire cé hiad na daoine a molann sé go ndéanfaidh an tAire iad a ainmniú don Rialtas lena gceapadh don fholúntas láithreach agus don fholúntas atáthar ag súil a bheidh ar an mBord.
Tabhair do d’aire gur rud é, de réir Alt 81(2)(d) den Acht Craolacháin, 2009, nach bhfuil an tAire teoranta do cheapachán a mholadh as measc na ndaoine a léirigh spéis.
Is é an dáta deiridh le haghaidh iarratas Déardaoin, an 25 Meitheamh ag 5 i.n.
Ní ghlacfar le hIarratais/Léirithe Spéise i ndiaidh an dáta sin.
