The 2021 edition of the Galway Film Fleadh & Fair will take place from July 20th – 25th. The move comes as part of a general reshuffling in this year’s festival calendar caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Due to continuing international travel restrictions, the Fleadh’s marketplace, the Galway Film Fair will remain online for this year, after an extremelysuccessful edition in 2020.
The Marketplace co-ordinates pre-scheduled meetings between filmmakers with projects in development (and/orcompleted films) and invited Film Financiers, Distributors, Sales Agents, Broadcasters, Film Funds and Major Producers.A pre-selected group of producers with feature films/documentary projects will have the opportunity to meet withrepresentatives of these companies.
