Revenue have issued a new Section481 Application Form.
The new form is operative as of 19th November 2015. There are no substantive changes to the Form. It is more user friendly and there is an amended Appendix B on subsidiary companies which was previously required at Tab T.
Revenue will only accept applications submitted on the new Form available.
